The Building - New Biscuit Lofts

The New Biscuit Lofts building used to be a Nabisco warehouse and was converted to condominiums in the late-90s. Each unit is unique but most feature towering 14 foot ceilings, classic exposed brick, and large windows. NBL is a pet-friendly building (ask about pet weight limit and renter restrictions).

The building also features a beautiful common courtyard and a rooftop deck with beautiful views of Chicago and Evanston!

Reba Park is one of several parks within walking distance from Linden Place. It's a block away and a great place for kids or pets.

Eiden Park is located just two blocks north of Linden Place.

Three blocks north is the Main Street shopping district, featuring a number of cute shops and great restaurants.

Lucky Platter is one of Evanston's most popular restaurants, located right on Main Street!

A five minute walk to Kuni's for sushi!

And of course, our neighborhood Starbucks.

Or hang out with the Northwestern students at Brothers K Coffee House.

Delicious Italian dining at Trattoria DOC, 3 blocks north of Linden Place.

Arguably Evanston's best Mexican restaurant is Lupita's, next door to Trattoria DOC.
