The Building - New Biscuit Lofts

The New Biscuit Lofts building used to be a Nabisco warehouse and was converted to condominiums in the late-90s. Each unit is unique but most feature towering 14 foot ceilings, classic exposed brick, and large windows. NBL is a pet-friendly building (ask about pet weight limit and renter restrictions).

The building also features a beautiful common courtyard and a rooftop deck with beautiful views of Chicago and Evanston!

Public Transportation

• Downtown Evanston is full of fun activities -- from a diverse family of restaurants to an 18 theater cineplex, Linden Place is just 1.5 miles south

Northwestern University

• Linden Place is just 2 miles south of the center of Northwestern's campus
• A university bus picks up students at the corner of Main Street and Chicago (2 blocks north) for transportation to the main or downtown campuses
